I explain about all tools

Selection Tool : Use the pointer tool to select, move and resize text blocks and graphics

Text Tool : Use the text tool to type, select , and edit text.

Rotating Tool : Use the rotating tool to select, and rotate objects

Croping Tool : Use the croping tool to trim imported graphics

Line tool : Use the line tool to draw straight line in any direction

Constrained line tool : Use the constrained line tool to draw vertical or horizantal lines

Rectangel tool : Use the rectangle tool to draw rectangles and squres

Rectangel Frame tool : Use the rectangle frame tool to create a rectangular place holder for text and graphics

Ellipse Tool : Use the ellipse tool to draw ellipses and squares

Rectangel Frame tool : Use the Ellipse frame tool to create a circulars or oval place holder for text and graphics

Polygon Tool :
Use the polygon tool to draw Polygons

Polygon Frame tool :
Use the Polygon frame tool to create a Polygonal holder for text and graphics

Hand Tool :
Use the hand tool to Scrool the pages or to preview and text hyperlinks

Zoom Tool :
Use the Zoom tool to Magnify or reduce an area of the page

Margins : Margins are defined in the Document Setup dialog box when you first create a publication, and are applied to the Document Master page. Margin guides appear automatically on the pages to which the Document Master is applied. Master pages you create in addition to the Document Master can have different margins. You can change the Document Master margins using the File > Document Setup command or by selecting the Master Page Options command from the Master Pages palette menu with the Document Master selected. You change the margins on other master pages only by using the Master Page Options command on the Master Pages palette menu.

Menu Bar : In the menu bar we select various options such fill - Stroke - page - inserting - Speell Checking Etc in the menu bar

Tool Box : In Tool box There text tool, Line tool, Box Tool, Polygon Tool, Crop Tool, Etc., explin in next post

Rulers
: R u find in the page rulers are there it shows in status bar x, y the status shown there

Page Numbers :
R u see in 1 those are page number if u want another page just press layout - insertpage You insert a new page. The dialog box shown under.

If u observe the above box you insert many pages just if u before the page u can also insert the page just drop down the list you select "after" or "Before"

This is abover inserting pages and menu bars and next we go to Master Page
It have some special feature r u continuesouly page number you go to master page just press ctrl+alt+p you see there rm or lm that means right margin left margin

Selecting a Document In Page Maker


When u press the ctrl+n Key the above box will appear In that box Page sige drop down box is there when we press that it show some pages like A4, A3, Leagal, etc., Those are pages sizes

If u want More than that page size you give in document setup choose Custom page and give the u r requirements

Importent : when u choose new page sometime the margins come in "Inches" to conver that into Milimeters we press CTRL+K the dialog box comming

In This dialog box we change the Inches to Milimetrs

Next Option :
Come to the page Margins there automatically shows that margins if u want change that once you can cange that effects on we can see in new page

And also here we choose the Portrait Or landscape pages After changes u press "OK" Button The next page display like this under figure
